Food We Eat: What we take in must come out - one way or the other!
Not unlike a computer: "Garbage IN - Garbage OUT!", remember that
phrase? Truth does not change! Another: "We cannot continue doing the
same thing day after day and expect different results!"
Truth does not change only what we know about the truth changes! For
instance: At the bottom of the food pyramid we see "CARBOHYDRATES"
listed indicating this is the very basis of our food supply - that which we
need the most! This is not a "truth", only that which we were taught to
be so. What happens to carbohydrates as we digest them? Our bodies
turn them to sugar! Oh, it gives us fast energy alright, but as we get older
and don't use up that sugar, our bodies store the excess sugar as FAT!!!

What are these carbohydrates that we don't need? Starchy foods, such as
potatoes, corn, macaroni, spaghetti, bread, pastries, just to name a few!
Another "food" we can do without - in fact, WE MUST DO WITHOUT IT:
SUGAR - SUGAR - SUGAR!!!
SUGAR IS A KILLER! Look around you - How many fat, slow moving,
people do you see? The majority? Guaranteed, you ask them what they
eat and drink - it's going to be items that are loaded with sugar. "But,"
they say, "we're eating "fat free", or, at least, "low fat" foods, isn't
that good?" Not when SUGAR is substituted for the fat! READ LABELS,
as the fat goes down, the sugar goes up. We're eating less fat and
getting fatter! Why?
